Florida’s Hidden Gem
Stay right on the water with private lake access, three queen beds, and endless nearby adventures — from kayaking and golfing at dogwood golf course to exploring Marianna Caverns or relaxing on sugar-white beaches on Panama City Beach. Located 7.5 miles from downtown Bonifay Fl. Update, the water has gone down due to hole in spillway. Pics have been updated.
The space
The home sits on the little lake of Dogwood Lake community and Dogwood Lake golf course. It’s a newly built home. The back porch is so relaxing with the lake view. Perfect for sitting and having your morning coffee.

Clean and comfortable house. Kitchen has plenty of appliances. Board games and video games, TVs in every bedroom. The lake is directly behind the house. We caught 4 huge bream, one bass and one catfish while we were there.Water levels currently trying to catch back up but still kayak able and fishable. Cannot say enough about the comfort of the beds.
