This cute pet friendly cozy one bedroom carriage house apartment is conveniently located in the walkable Virginia Highland neighborhood, an easy stroll to the Beltline, just 3 blocks away. This well appointed 500 sq ft carriage house has everything you will need for a comfortable stay - plush queen bed, fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, AC/heat, work area with desk, lamp, fast & efficient WIFi! The front of the home as shown in the picture faces St. Charles Avenue in the quaint and lovely Virginia Highland neighborhood. The 1920s home is a triplex so there are three apartments in the main house each with our wonderful long term tenants who live there.

The carriage house is located to the back and away from the main house so you would enter through a private side entrance and follow the walkway/ path to the carriage house. Once you enter there is a living area with a smart TV, a coffee and station and a dining table. The kitchen with a full size refrigerator , stove and microwave and the bathroom are on the same floor.

All the windows open and they all have screens on them so this allows for natural light and fresh air which is always a nice welcome. Up the stairs you will find the loft style bedroom with a comfortable and plush queen size bed, a luggage rack, TV, armoire and closet, a workstation and cozy chair for reading or relaxing. All the pieces upstairs have been coordinated with soothing colors to promote a peaceful night's rest. Enjoy!
