COASTAL COTTAGE ON THE BAY IN OCEAN PINES MD -- Catch the breeze and magnificent open waterfront views from every room of this 3 bedroom, 2 bath water-front gem on the Saint Martin River. Decorated with vintage cottage furniture, red oak floors, comfy Macy's beds by Hotel Collection, Handcock & Moore leather sofa/club chair, leather & dense foam Pottery Barn ottoman, and Sony sound entertainment system. A sundeck and screened porch invite you outdoors. Also enjoy spectacular sunsets or sunrise from the roomy sundeck or our private dock. Enjoy complimentary parking at the Ocean Pines Beach Club, a 10 minute drive to the beach in Ocean City, MD. Launch your boat, crab or fish from our private dock (MD fishing permit not required). The cottage includes two Sony HDTVs and DVD players with family movie cable package, but no landline.



Three (3) Bed Rooms (a Master and two (2) Guest Bedrooms (one has a Full-on-Full bunk bed).



Bed Sizes: 2 Queen beds, a Full-Over-Full Bunk Bed with memory foam mattress on top and traditional mattress below), and a Full-size Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room.



Two (2) Full Bath Rooms (Master Bath with Shower and a Hall Bath with bath tub - shower combination). See "LINENS" below which are now standard for prime summer weeks.



Amenities: Complementary Ocean Pines Beach Club Parking Pass.



(Note: Club Memberships daily or weekly for Golf, Tennis and Swimming Pools are available at additional cost through the Ocean Pines Association or at the door. Each pool pass is good for use of any of the Ocean Pines five-plus swimming/kiddie pools.)



NOTE: RESERVATIONS DURING PRIME SUMMER MONTHS MUST BE MADE FOR A FULL WEEK (or MORE) that RUN FROM SATURDAY-TO-SATURDAY. PRIME SEASONAL MONTHS ARE JUNE. JULY, AUGUST and EARLY SEPTEMBER EACH YEAR. Coastal Cottage is only for Family Vacations (Non-Group Rentals).



Again, Weekly Reservations run from SATURDAY-to-SATURDAY and may be made for multiple weeks. Inquiries for "Mini weeks" (at least 4 days within a calendar week) are considered only during OFF-SEASON periods (April, May, and October).



LINENS: Now standard for prime summer weeks (June, July and August). During off-season weeks guests may contact Ocean City Beach & Linen Rental Company to order basic linen service for 6 guests at approximately $100 for their weekly stay. Included are towels for 6 persons (bath and hand towels, and wash cloths) as well as sheet sets and pillowcases for 2 queen beds and 2 full mattresses (for a full-on-full bunk bed). Please promptly inform Host or Property Manager if there is any difficulty.



PILLOWS: We provide new pillows each season but recommend bringing your own which should be more comfortable.

A complimentary Ocean Pines Beach Club parking pass is included with summer bookings beginning June 1. The Ocean Pines Beach Club is approximately a 10-minute drive to the Ocean City private beach.

This home is located within the Ocean Pines Vacation Resort Community, a private residential community. Optional daily or weekly memberships for golf, tennis, and more than four swimming pools are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association or at participating facilities. Please note: Ocean Pines has a designated kayak launch area in Pintail Park.



Guests must follow all Ocean Pines community rules during their stay.

What are the booking requirements for this property?

Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.



Ocean Pines Association (OPA) enforces Worcester County rules concerning “unreasonable noise” and disturbance standards. OPA will enforce community rules if noise becomes a nuisance. Disturbances may result in fines or removal without refund.
