Good to Know (from previous guest reviews):
Access to the dock involves just over 50 stairs. Many guests appreciate the elevated views and quieter water location, but this may not be ideal for those with limited mobility.

- Peak Summer Weekends (June-Mid August): 3-night minimum
- Thanksgiving & Christmas: 3-night minimum

- No Parties (Prom, Graduation, Frat, Wedding Etc.)
- Any gathering exceeding maximum occupancy (13) must be pre-approved

- Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund
