Ivy & Oak is in a quiet cul-de-sac on Hatcher Mountain, away from the traffic and congestion, but with so many options close by. At the bottom of Hatcher Mountain Road, you can choose between two distinct experiences for your day.
Turn left to head toward Gatlinburg and Sevierville, to so many popular attractions, entertainment, dining, and one entrance to the National Park. See location activities and our Welcome guide for a listing of the most popular.
Or turn right at the Wears Valley sign to explore "The Peaceful Side of the Smokies", for scenic drives, charming local shops, local breweries, wineries, and diverse eateries. You’ll also find a Welcome Center and a convenient entrance to the National Park.
Some gems on the less known Peaceful Side -- all within 3 to 11 miles from Ivy & Oak:
Wears Valley General Store and brewery, antiques and local artisan stores
Little River Pub and Deli
Tennessee Mountain View Winery
