Villa Sunflower is a charming pool home nestled in a peaceful, beautifully maintained neighborhood in Lehigh Acres. It features a relaxing hot tub, with solar heating that lets you enjoy naturally warmed water depending on the sun and weather(no electric heater). Inside, the open‑concept floor plan creates a spacious, inviting atmosphere perfect for 4 to 6 guests to unwind and make lasting memories.

In the interest of transparency and a smooth, surprise-free stay, we kindly ask that you carefully review the following information and house rules before booking.
If any of the points below are not acceptable for you, this property may not be a good fit, and we respectfully ask that you do not book.

NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR GATHERINGS
This home is not suitable for parties, events, or social gatherings of any kind.
• Occupancy is strictly limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation
• Hosting or inviting additional visitors (including short daytime visits) is not permitted without prior approval
• This includes family, friends, or acquaintances
• Even small or quiet gatherings are not allowed
If unauthorized visitors or a gathering are discovered, the reservation may be canceled without refund, and guests may be required to vacate the property in accordance with platform policies. Local authorities may be contacted if necessary.

HOUSE RULES (SUMMARY)
• No smoking or vaping indoors
A $500 additional cleaning and deodorization fee may apply if odors are detected.
• Maximum occupancy
The base rate includes up to 4 guests. Additional guests must be disclosed and approved in advance and may incur an extra fee.
• Air Conditioning
To prevent system strain or damage, the thermostat must not be set below 73°F (23°C). Cooling beyond what the system can reasonably provide is not guaranteed.
• Quiet enjoyment
Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening and nighttime hours.

• The pool typically operates about 8 hours per day using a solar-powered heating system. Pool temperature depends on weather conditions and available sunlight.
• During cooler months, a pool cover should be used at night to help retain heat.
Important note:
This pool does not have an electric heater.
Cleaning:
The pool is serviced weekly by a professional company. Service days may vary. The pool may not always appear freshly cleaned on check-in day but is safe and usable.
