Behind an old stock of trees on the high banks of the Isar and at the foot of the Kalvarienberg in Bad Tölz lies the Malerhaus. The house is surrounded by a garden of 3000 square meters and is thus situated in the middle of greenery. The holiday apartment Hollunder is modern, contemporary, of high quality as well as sustainably equipped and furnished in the style of cosy purism.

It consists of a living - and bed room with an open well-equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom and thus offers space for 2 persons. Further amenities include WLAN and cable TV. The outside area includes a private garden with a view of the Bavarian Alps, from where you can reach the beautiful city centre with its picturesque old buildings, churches and market places in 5 minutes (400 m) on foot. There are also many shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. The train station, from which you can travel to Munich in 1 hour (60 km), is 1.6 km (20 minutes walk) away. The famous Tegernsee, which is perfect for walking or cycling, is 17 km (25 minutes by car) east of Bad Tölz. The area is known for its many hiking routes and the beauty of the landscape. The Starnberger See, the Staffelsee and the Walchensee can also be reached in a good half hour from the holiday apartment.
