Located just one block from downtown Sweetwater restaurants and stores, our goal is to make you feel like a local. Want farm-fresh eggs for $4 a dozen? We know a guy!

This 2BR furnished home includes a two-car garage, stainless steel appliances, gas range, screened patio, and luxury mattresses from Helix and Tuft & Needle.

Additional amenities include: Bluetooth THX sound system, large walk-in master closet, heated bathroom floor, toilet bidet, and more. Living room has recently been outfitted with a leather pullout couch.

**This home is family owned and operated. It has board games, a fully-equipped kitchen, and art on the walls. There also might be the occasional dog hair or dusty surface. Please don't book with us if you would be more comfortable in a corporate hotel.**

There are five different sets of linens available in the master walk-in closet to suit guest preferences: cotton, polyester blend, and cotton flannel.

The home was very welcoming and made us feel relaxed and at ease. We were hoping to have some time to kick back and recharge. This property allowed us to do that!! Very neat and clean. Everything you needed to make a great meal was there, they remembered the little things..yes all utensils available. This is close to stores and restaurants. Extremely delicious homemade ice cream in Sweetwater…a must visit if you’re in the area. Ivan was always available and so kind. Felt like family. I’d stay again and would recoup everyone. Thank you Ivan.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything was as described. Our dog loved the yard! The only minor request is to add a coffee pot. My cowboy coffee failed so Mickey D’s to the rescue. We came to visit extended family and would definitely stay here again.

As traveling nurses ourselves, we have experienced the missing spatulas, the saggy mattresses, and the depressing estate sale artwork that accompanies most investment-style rentals. You will have none of those problems here!
