Landed my first step here in this old city of Philadelphia around 30 years ago. Always only wanted to stay in the city grow up as a city girls, but i love some greens as well. Beautiful well maintained with some original feature some porch with green grass, makes relaxing environment. A couple blocks away from Lanier playgrounds park for jogging, walking toward center city of Philadelphia and enjoy walk or biking through Schuylkill River Trail just minutes away. Restaurants unique, & tasty, southeast asian food, and more. Plenty of street parking at this area. I can access city vibes, hiking area, biking area, sport stadium, all just few minutes away.
