Your cozy getaway awaits you. Nestled just off of US-400, making it easy to get to where you need to go but also the feel of being in the country. With three bedrooms featuring a king bed, two full beds, and 2 twin beds - there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub and shower for added comfort. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or watching the sunrise on the porch enjoying a hot cup of coffee, this perfect retreat offers a peaceful and inviting atmosphere.
The kitchen is equipped with a propane stove/oven. You will find all of the necessities for cooking. Including a coffee pot, toaster, paper towels, and dish soap.
Each bedroom has its own smart TV, extra pillows, closet space/hanging, and a laundry hamper.
Bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, hand soap, and toilet paper.
A washer and Dryer are available for your use with detergent and dryer sheets.

15 mile drive to Big Brutus and the Strip Pits to do some fishing
27 mile drive to Pittsburg

My husband and I have been traveling down to Kansas for several years now. The more we go, the more we love it (and the weather)! After years of discussion we decided to purchase a home that we can take our children to that has ample yard space to explore! We love the home and neighborhood so much, that we wanted to be able to share it with others.

What makes our property unique is the quaint feeling you get from the outside of the home, then when you step in, you don't realize just how much space there is! The home is in a great location from many attractions and towns.
