Located in Waverly, 20 mins to Pebble Isle Marina, several other boat docks, state parks, good hunting & fishing area .

Restaurants in the area are Damos a buffet within walking distance, other options are a good Mexican restaurant, the rusty rooster , and some fast food choices as well as several good pizza options. Enjoy downtown Waverly including a Milk shakers & a coffee shop.
1 1/2 hrs from Nashville , 1 hr from Clarksville, or 30 mins from Dickson. On a quiet dead end street just 5 mins from Hwy 70.
There is a carport to protect your valuables on your truck or boat. Enjoy this 3-bedroom house, have your own space at an affordable rate. The cozy home features a bedroom with queen bed, bedroom 2 has a twin bed, and 2 sets of bunk beds in bedroom 3 perfect for families or friends. and stay comfortable year-round with natural gas heating and central AC.

We used this location as our home base while we operated a food truck at Loretta Lynns ranch for the week. It had everything we needed besides a tv for our downtimes. Everything was clean organized and even had a few extras stocked amenities stocked so we maxe fewer trips to the store. The house is centrally located close enough to anything a family might need and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We will most likely return to this location next year when we bring the food truck back up from Florida.

Rented this space for my family of 4. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to Walmart, gas station, other shops and restaurants. The house itself was generously stocked with essentials to get you started with a comfortable stay. During our stay, there was a heatwave but the house had AC and fans in every room. The bathroom had very good water pressure and well stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. The hosts Dave & Faith were very communicative responding quickly to our inquiries and requests. We had asked if it was possible to check in early and they kindly accommodated. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Waverly- we certainly will when we visit again.

Adequate, as far as clean it was fine one of the beds was sunken, no pictures on the wall, no tv or radio, there wasn’t a guest book with any info about the town we were in. The house was new feeling and clean just very sterile. This review is not criticism I’m thinking the owner just needs some help knowing what guests would like and info they may want to provide for their guests.

We are a semi retired and are empty nesters, we have 13 grandchildren which we enjoy very much! We do some traveling (one daughter in Wyoming)
We also are a part of the Waverly Mennonite Church.

This is a cozy home with mostly new furniture, appliances. We just repainted the whole house, did a thorough cleaning and replaced some of the flooring. We think you will enjoy the amenities and all the little niceties it has to offer.
Conveniently located 5 minutes off the main highway minutes from Walmart, downtown antique shops, restaurants & more.
20 minutes from Loretta Lynn’s Ranch
20 minutes from Pebble Isle Marina
& other local boat docks.
