The apartment building is in a lovely and green district in Stara Novalja, not far from the beach and on a slight elevation on the island of Pag.

You can use the shared swimming pool measuring 4 x 3m, as well as the sun loungers and parasols. It is heated by solar power and there is also an outdoor shower. In the old town you can find many cafés and shops, as well as a sandy beach awarded the Blue Flag. The town of Novalja is only 2km away, with a range of gastronomy. You can experience nightlife in Zrce 2km away.

The cosy balcony is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view of the sea.

The air-conditioned living and dining room has satellite TV and a dining table with chairs. The open kitchen provides a gas stove, oven and fridge-freezer.
