The location is perfect being able to walk easily into town. The property does look like the pictures and is mostly well appointed. But there are things that could be better. The main door to the building does not close properly and is not locked. Great closet space for your clothes but no hangers to hang them from. The host does communicate but was no help with any of our requests.

Thank you for your review, the condo is as described you are correct. The closets do have hangers, wire hangers. You weren't satisfied with those and requested plastic hangers which I offered to drop off the next day when I was able to. Your other complaint was no coffee, but we do not leave food/coffee or condiments in the unit because of bugs and also, it is a regular drip coffee pot that takes ground coffee. We are not going to leave an open container of coffee. The listings does state this. The door to the building is managed by the condo association as there are many units in this building. I cannot control that which I explained and stated I would let the association know it had an issue closing. Nothing else I could do about that. I hope overall you enjoyed your visit to Fairhope and will return one day. Thank you.

Me and the wife had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect in the home and location couldn’t be better. Highly recommend staying here and would stay here again with no hesitation.

This was a great place for our 3 day mini vacation . The condo was very cute, clean and did not lack anything. The location was great. We were able to walk and enjoy our day and evening . Would highly recommend this condo.

The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, and in a great location. I visited Fairhope with my sister and my mother. It was the perfect place for our mother/ daughter getaway. I wish I could take this place with me everywhere I go!

Great property very close to town. Fairhope is a very walkable city and this location makes it all just a few steps away.

The host was very professional even authorized a one hour late checkout for us due to weather. The unit was immaculately clean well stopped with towels, blankets and really great wine glasses would definitely recommend and definitely stay there again.
