This brand new one-bedroom home is a private monthly retreat tucked behind a Venice Beach residence with its own secure alley entrance and dedicated deck. Designed for longer stays, it features an open floor plan, new appliances, hardwood floors, and a spacious outdoor deck perfect for working, relaxing, and watching the sunset. Just blocks from the shops and restaurants on Rose Avenue and Whole Foods, this is an ideal Venice home base for 1 to 3-month stays.
This newly built one-bedroom home offers a comfortable and thoughtfully designed space for extended stays in Venice Beach. Accessed through a private alley entrance with secure steps, the home feels quiet and tucked away while remaining close to everything that makes Venice special.
Inside, the home features an open layout with the living room, kitchen, and dining area all on one level. The living space includes a comfortable sofa and TV, with great natural light and hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, an induction stove, dishwasher, deep sink, and Caesarstone countertops. A dining table seats four, making it easy to work, dine, or host a guest.
The bedroom is generously sized and includes a queen bed with blackout shades for restful sleep. Comfort and simplicity were prioritized throughout the space, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The bathroom is beautifully finished with tiled floors, white subway tile throughout the shower, a glass enclosure, and high-quality fixtures. Plush towels and bedding are provided. A Samsung washer and dryer are located within the unit for convenience during longer stays.
One of the most special features of this home is the large private deck. Outfitted with seating and market lights, it is an ideal space to work outside, enjoy a meal, relax in the evenings, or take in Venice sunsets. The deck adds a meaningful outdoor living space and truly elevates the experience of staying here.
This home was newly constructed as an addition to the main property and everything inside is brand new and in pristine condition. The space is well built, thoughtfully designed, and ready to move in and make your own during your stay.
The entrance and living space are completely private, with no interaction required with the front house. You will have the entire space to yourself.

This home is located just off Rose Avenue in Venice Beach, one of the most walkable and vibrant parts of the neighborhood. Rose Avenue is often referred to by locals as a quieter alternative to Abbot Kinney, offering great restaurants, cafes, shops, and everyday essentials. Whole Foods is just a few blocks away, making it easy to settle in without needing a car.
The beach, bike paths, and canals are all nearby, and guests are encouraged to explore Venice by bike or on foot. Parking in the area is generally easy, but many guests find they do not need a car at all during their stay.
While visiting Southern California, having a car is the preferred mode of transportation for most, considering the wealth of unique attractions within a two-hour radius of this home. For the adventurous explorer, a car is highly recommended to fully appreciate the diverse experiences the area offers. However, if you`re inclined to arrive and seamlessly unwind at the house during your vacation, rest assured that Uber and Lyft services are readily available for convenient and hassle-free local transportation in Los Angeles.
- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
-For stays over 30 days, we offer optional mid-stay cleanings for an additional fee. These provide a full refresh of the home and linens, and we recommend scheduling one every 15 days. Our professional housekeeping team is paid a fair, livable wage and plays a vital role in ensuring each stay is comfortable and exceptionally clean.
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
