Inside is a beautifully furnished, 7 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath 4500 sq ft beauty with 3 fireplaces, beamed ceilings and cypress woodwork. First floor features extra large, fully equipped, modern kitchen seating 10 with slider to deck, huge beamed living room with stone fireplace, dining room, all windowed family room with pull out queen sofa bed, large half bath and stereo speakers throughout. Upstairs boasts 6 bedrooms for 9 guests, beautiful master bath, full hallway bath, private full bath for 1 bedroom, separate living room with outside entrance, TV and balcony. This delightful home and spectacular setting will ensure a great getaway vacation that everyone will love! Little League and new 7 field Lumber Yard baseball/softball complexes are minutes away! A very cool place to stay!

Jaime and her family were friendly and communicated well. I was disappointed with the poor clean up of this beautiful property but they are welcome to return.

Dave's property was beautiful. Well maintained and perfect for a med to large family. The pool. Hammocks. Deck, hot tub nearby creek were all wonderful. Huge field mature shade trees, badminton, spectacular property all around. House is large with lots of private little areas to relax and read or get some quiet time several tv's Large spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, bbq and outside dining area were all great for our family with 2 small grandchildren and 3 dogs. Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at your property was our best vacation place ever. The house was clean, the pool was excellent, and the host was a great host—very easy to talk to, just like a friend. Our children and grandchildren all loved it.

A great place to rest and relax. The pool is a good size and refreshing for the hot weather. We were graciously permitted to bring our 3 small/medium sized dogs. Perfect to have doors to close off the kitchen by itself (mostly) and upstairs, to keep them corralled, when needed. This home would be perfect for larger groups/separate families as there are multiple living spaces and areas to have privacy while also interacting together. Motion sensor lights at upper and lower stairs very helpful. The owner, Dave, was hands on, cleaning the pool every few days and stopped by for check-in to point out details, etc. Easy communication. Walkable to several dollar stores and also grocery store very close by. Our only minor negatives were that the AC is not central air, uses window units that are noisy if you aren’t used to it, and sometimes “warmer spots” around the home. But still comfortable. Also, this is Dave’s primary home, so we had to work around some items in refrigerator (but there are multiple fridges in separate areas) and other areas of his own items. Minor, but very different from other rentals we have used where owner simply has a locked closet. Lastly, property is riverfront and wooded, during summer use caution when walking in the yard, saw several slithering critters. Overall a lovely place to kick back, but also close to restaurants, coffee and necessities.
