We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with this property. The house was spotless from top to bottom and had more than enough room for our large, extended family to spread out comfortably while still enjoying time together.What really set this experience apart was the host. Communication was excellent before, during, and even after our stay. They were incredibly responsive and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We had beach chairs delivered ahead of our arrival, only to realize they were locked in the mailbox. Without hesitation, the host shipped us the mailbox key so we could access them—a level of service you just don’t see very often.If you’re looking for a beautiful, impeccably maintained home with an exceptional host who truly cares about their guests, this is it. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it without hesitation!

Our stay was good and the house was nice but the Jack and Jill upstairs bathroom doors did not latch and couldn’t be locked. I called about it and was told someone would come out to fix it but no one did and I never heard back. The tv in the master bedroom only worked sporadically, which was very annoying, and the AC barely worked upstairs. The bedrooms were very stuffy and warm, except for one room that had a mini split unit. The management of the property was impossible to deal with when we had an issue. We reached out to multiple people and no one could resolve the issue. Apparently the owner had an issue with the property - assuming he hadn’t paid his dues and had been contacted twice - and they revoked his pool privileges so our entire family was standing outside the pool being refused access. After contacting SIX different people, we still were denied access and couldn’t use the pool for the rest of our stay.After reaching out to two different contacts after the pool issue, no compensation was offered. One woman, Audrey, just stopped answering my calls and Steve Gilbert hung up on me. I tried calling him back and he refused to answer. I was not yelling or getting loud, he simply refused to speak with me any longer and I never received a call back. While the house was nice, the overall experience was disappointing and dissatisfying. The management was infuriating and I highly recommend not staying at this property.
