Golf Getaway with Fenced Yard + Fiber WiFi

A short drive from the Kingman golf courses and the I-40 exit. The unit has a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, air conditioning and ALLO fiber internet, with a private fenced backyard to sit out in and its own entrance. Keypad entry at any hour suits an early start. Groceries, restaurants and the Stockton Hill shops are all close. One bedroom with a king bed, and air mattresses are available for up to four guests. Two more units in this building are ours, so a larger group can book more than one.
-No eating or drinking in the bedrooms or living room. Please enjoy your meals and drinks in the kitchen/dining area.
-Please make sure that you turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the property.
-Please do not place the AC unit below 70 degrees.
-Please ensure that all windows and doors are locked when you leave to ensure the safety of your personal property in the unit.
-Please place a sheet over the couch and bed comforter if your pets are going to be laying on it.
-Please deflate and put away blow up mattress if used.

Great experience staying here! The place is tucked away in a quiet part of town but still close to shopping and food. The space is beautiful and had everything necessary for an extended stay. Would definitely stay again if back in the area!

Clean and comfortable for my one night stay. Easy to locate and appreciated the communication from the host team. The small enclosed yard was great for my dog.

The only comment or suggestion would be to lock the gates so the neighbors couldn’t come it your back yard. I did think that was weird for safety but also because of dogs. The place was great to stay at and would come again.
