Fantastic sea view and right next to golf course

The holiday home with a fantastic view is located right next to the Tralee Golf Club and is within walking distance of the sandy beach "Barrow Beach". The unique and modern holiday home "Little Acre", built in 2019, is the perfect place for a relaxing and eventful holiday with the whole family.

Due to the open construction, the house offers a panoramic view of the green landscape, the vastness of the sea and the surrounding mountains. It rises above the Wild Atlantic Way in the well-known holiday region of Kerry.

The house has 4 spacious bedrooms (3x double beds and 1x two single beds). The double rooms are all en-suite and have their own walk-in shower cubicle and toilet. In addition, the house has another bathroom with bathtub. The living and dining area with the open kitchen and large windows is very spacious and bright. Here you can watch beautiful sunsets or spend cozy hours in front of the fireplace. The living and dining area leads to the large terrace, where you can also eat when the weather is nice.

The laundry room (multi-purpose room) is equipped with a washing machine, tumbler, iron with board, vacuum cleaner, adapter for electrical sockets, various cleaning materials and some board games. Beach terry towels, terry towels for the bathroom, bed linen and kitchen towels are available in the built-in closet in the hallway. Beach chairs, umbrellas, barbecue are in the garage.

I cannot recommend this property enough. The house was very spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. I had the pleasure of staying here for 2 weeks: the first week spent with friends for a golfing trip and the second week spent with my family where we played golf, visited with friends in nearby Fenit, and relaxed. While we did not do much cooking during our stay, my family complimented how well-equipped the kitchen was and the next time we come we would feel comfortable cooking dinners during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious, clean, and had great water pressure. The location could not possibly be any better for anyone planning to play at Tralee. As great as the interior of the house is, the view cannot be understated. Every single room provided a different breathtaking sight and you could easily spend hours taking in the views. I am so very grateful to Sara for sharing her home and am looking forward to my next stay.

Golf week

House abuts Tralee golf course. You can walk to a gorgeous beach from the house, and Tralee golf course clubhouse. Ballybunion gold course is about 30 minutes away. House is wonderful..large and very comfortable. You can watch sunsets on the Atlantic. Relaxing and peaceful.

Beautiful house with stunning view

We spent a great week in this quiet and beautifully situated house and felt very comfortable from the very first moment. The house is perfectly and tastefully furnished. You'll find all you need. The communication with Sara was great. Everything was well organised and our questions were always answered promptly. There is a lot of helpful information about excursions, restaurant suggestions and general tips/instructions in the house. We are still dreaming of the marvellous panoramic view :-). We would love to come back.

Great week at Little Acre

We stayed at Little Acre for a week in late June with three couples for a special birthday golf trip. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs, and the proximity to Tralee Golf Club couldn't have been better. The large picture windows in the living room and kitchen allowed us to enjoy beautiful views of Tralee Bay and the Dingle Peninsula. We enjoyed chatting, reading, walking to Barrow Beach and simply enjoying the beauty of Ireland from this lovely home. Additionally, the location was perfect for easily traveling to the Cliffs of Moher, Dingle Peninsula, Ring of Kerry, and Killarney. Whether you are visiting western Ireland for a golf trip or looking for a central location, Little Acre is a great option. We hope to visit again with our kids in the near future for a family vacation. Thank you for your hospitality and for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Ein Traum!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem traumhaften Haus in einer herrlichen Landschaft! Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist sehr schnell am Strand und kann schöne Ausflüge in der Umgebung machen. Die Kinder haben den großen Garten genossen, wo sie viel Platz zum Spielen hatten. Mein Highlight war der Ausblick auf das Meer und die absolute Ruhe, die man aus der Stadt gar nicht mehr kennt. Es ist alles da was man braucht und der Eigentümer war bei Rückfragen jederzeit sofort erreichbar. Nur zu empfehlen!

Luxuriöses, gemütliches Haus, tolle Lage - gelungener Urlaub

Von der Buchung und Betreuung während des Aufenthalts, bis hin zur Ausstattung und Lage, hat das Cottage "Little Acre" zu einem sehr gelungenen Urlaub in Kerry beigetragen. Nur 20 Minuten von Tralee entfernt, mit einem wunderschönen, fußläufig erreichbaren Strand in der Nachbarschaft und einem Blick auf die Berge der Dingle-Halbinsel und den Atlantik, war das Cottage unser Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Wanderungen in Kerry und bot uns gleichzeitig einen luxuriösen und gepflegten Rückzugsort, an dem es und an nichts gemangelt hat.

Perfect for the golfing Foursome

Quality from start to finish. Christian is very responsive. Ample size rooms, quality linens and beds, hangers, drawers and great bathrooms with powerful "Rainfall" showers. Lots of space for wet golf gear and with heated floors it dries out in no time. 3 pane windows makes it very quite. The kitchen has everything you'd hope for. Fantastic views from all rooms and binoculars provided. Make sure you read the instructions, especially if you're American and not familiar with the ingenuity of European solutions. Fast WiFi. The only drawback is no TV.

Easter at Tralee

We had a wonderful stay at The Little Acre. It is a lovely property and so convenient for golf at the Tralee Club. The house is clean and well stocked with everything you need. Christian is a wonderful host, quick to respond to questions and available for any concerns. We can't wait to return.

Splendid

The house and grounds were spacious and the views beautiful. we could see the sea on three sides. Every room had a lovely view to wake up to. There was a great beach not far away and we were able to make use of this as the weather held fair. It would be useful if instructions about what not to put down toilets be posted in each bathroom. We were a little put out about having to leave the house 100% clean. After paying so much for rental we thought cleaning should be included. We spent our last time there washing bins and cleaning showers which took the shine off somewhat.

Easy living holiday house

This is a beautiful house with stunning views from nearly every room. We especially enjoyed it as our son is in a wheelchair and it is a very accessible house. The area is beautiful and the nearby golf course is superb. Lots of super swimming spots nearby, we especially loved Fenit as it was easy to get the wheelchair right up to the swimming action. Also, lovely restaurants and fish shops in nearby Spa.

Lovely Little Acres

My family and I spent a week in lovely Little Acres. We found the house to be modern, comfortable and clean and the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds were comfortable and the bed linen immaculate. However the winter weight duvet made for warm nights. Wifi was also good. The house is within minutes of Banna beach and next door to Tralee Golf Course but a round of golf is expensive. I would recommend the property with the caveat that shops and restaurants are not in walking distance and its splendid isolation means reasonable driving distances before you start the scenic routes. That being said I would be happy to recommend this property.

Little Acre -

We recently spend a week at this lovely property as a family ( children from 7 - 13 plus two parents ) We all loved everything about the house and the surroundings. The house is extremely comfortable and modern and the views are second to none. The quieter location suited perfectly as did the five minute walk to a lovely beach which we had to ourselves on many occasion. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed cooking while enjoying a glass of wine taking in the splendid views. We hope to get back to "Little acre" again in the future.

A Little Acre of Paradise

From the moment we arrived experiencing the incredible views to the moment we left, we had a wonderful time at Little Acre. The house was everything you could ask for, clean spacious and extremely comfortable. It was an excellent base from which to explore all that Kerry has to offer. All communication with Chris and the check could not have been better. We loved dining with the breathtaking views of the Atlantic from the dinner table. And a six minute stroll to the magnificent Barrow Beach (An extension of Banna) helped burn off those excess calories. We will definitely return next year.
