Nice house, poor service

Good but no back door. No tea towels or bath mats provided. Towels that we had to hire were of poor quality. The front door handle and lock were damaged and very difficult to open, it sometimes took more than 2-3 minutes to gain entry.

Thank you for your feedback, Sandra. We are sorry that the towels did not meet your expectations. The front door has now been repaired. Unfortunately, tea towels and bath mats are not provided in our selfcatering Holidayhomes, as stated in the property description. However, our local team is always happy to help during the stay, once informed about any deficiencies. Kind regards, Interhome
