This mountain home (registration number 3428) is built around an original cabin dating back to the early 1900s, and features a fully-equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, free WiFi, and a furnished patio near the sounds of the stream, passing hummingbirds, and mountain views.

This rental is located next to the Roosevelt National Forest. Rocky Mountain National Park and the Indian Peaks Wilderness are each just minutes away. Wild Basin Lodge is only nine short miles from the rental, making it easy to experience any nearby events.

Guests can also bike along the Peak to Peak highway, visit Estes Park, or head into Boulder where you can explore the wares of the Pearl Street Mall. It's all a short 45 minute drive away.

Friends vacation

This was an awesome experience. Great communication with renting agency, beautiful location, cabin was well stocked with bathroom towels etc and kitchen dishes and bakeware had great selection. I would strongly recommend renting this cabin.

Best getaway

We had no problems with our stay. It was a very spacious home with a beautiful view of the Rockies and just around the corner the Rocky Mountains National Park. 100% recommend!

Great vacation house

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at this property. The house was clean, had ample supplies as far as dishes, cookware and spices were concerned. The furnishings were comfortable. The living and sleeping areas were not cramped. Check in went smoothly and check out was relatively simple. We spent a week at this property and found its location to be convenient for trips into town and close to RMNP entrance. We would rent again!

Vacation rental

Had a great time at this place. The bedrooms and kitchen were well-equipped. The views from the windows were amazing. Everything was really nice except a shower was not working in one of the bathrooms, one of the window blinds that was actually broken and was secured by a tape, and some loose trash in the garbage can probably left by a previous visitor.

Good stay in Estes Park

This is a nice home on the side of a mountain. Roads in & driveway are fairly steep & might be difficult with snow & ice. Downstairs bathroom could use a good scrubbing(heater registers were caked with grime), but all in all it is a nice place to stay!

Family trip

Great view of the mountains and close to downtown Estes and Rocky Mountain national Park. It's exactly what we needed or our family vacation (2 adults & 4 kids). The only issue was you could not utilize the two showers at the same time. If you did there was no water pressure and the 1st floor shower actually shut off when someone was showering in the downstairs bathroom.

Estes Was Beautiful

The town of Estes Park and RMNP were incredible. The rental was nice. It's a little bit dated but the pictures showed the conditions. We had no problem with that. We had a little problem getting into the rental. We didn't receive the door codes until the last minute. And that was after talking to customer service. The only complaint we had is that the dishes and utensils were a bit grimy. We had to wash everything before we used it. Other than that, it was a great stay. The view from the porch was amazing . The proximity to the National Park was amazing. We would stay here again.

everything was great. except noise in wall at night.

loud banging noise in main bedroom coming from water pipes or heater in closet . noise was intermittent all night and annoyingly loud.

Nice view and equipped with everything you need. The stuff stored under the deck is a bit junky. While no one was there before us, we couldn't check in even an hour or two early, which really would've helped us after overnight travel. Really would've appreciated a light over the dining room table for use at night. Found it odd that both windows didn't open in order to get a crossbreeze going to cool the house down--just 1 for each set of 2. Nice place. Kept us safe and dry.

Beautiful view of Longs Peak

The property was very comfortable for our party of seven, with beautiful views of the mountains, However, the check-in process was difficult because of the incorrect code and the deadbolt was in place. I was unable to reach the local Vacasa representative. I was calling during the hours she was supposed to be available. The 800 number reps did all they could to help and eventually gave us the lock box code to get the actual key.

Water pressure issue

Lovely property but water pressure issues were quite inconvenient. We could not run more than one major water appliance at a time. Only one shower could be used at a time. Laundry, showers, dishwasher, couldn't move done at the same time and the water pressure was low throughout the house (sinks, toilets, etc) when someone showered to the point where we could not flush the toilet. Otherwise a very comfortable stay with nice views.
