Welcome to your Leucadia/Encinitas coastal escape — an easy 5-minute walk to the beach, neighborhood cafés, shops, and dining.

This bright, updated townhouse is designed for comfort and easy living, with an attached 2-car garage, fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, private patio, community pool and jacuzzi, plus beach gear ready to go.

The home sleeps 5 and includes a king primary suite with TV, balcony, and en-suite bathroom, plus a second bedroom with two queen beds and a full hall bath with tub/shower. An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays especially easy.

Enjoy slow mornings on the patio, beach days with chairs, towels, and an umbrella provided, and relaxed evenings back at home after exploring North County.

The attached 2-car garage offers convenient parking and extra space for storing beach gear — a rare bonus this close to the coast. You’ll also be within easy reach of local favorites, yoga studios, boutiques, restaurants, and the nearby Coaster train.

Please note the home is spread across 3 levels: attached garage on the lower level, kitchen and living area on the main level, and bedrooms on the upper level.
