Wake up to the sound of the ocean in this brand-new beach house located directly in front of Playa Brava in Punta Colorada. Just 1 hour from Montevideo and minutes from Solanas, this is one of the few homes where you truly don’t need a car to enjoy the beach — simply cross the street with the chairs and umbrellas provided.

The house is built in CLT wood, a rare construction style that offers a warm, modern, and sustainable ambiance. Inside, the space feels bright, natural, and inviting — perfect for families looking to relax and reconnect with nature.

Designed for comfort, the home features 4 bedrooms and up to 16 beds, making it ideal for 2 or 3 families travelling together. With 2 full bathrooms with showers and bidets, and a guest bathroom, everyone enjoys convenience and privacy. After a day at the beach, unwind in the open living and dining areas or gather for meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

Spend your days surfing, swimming, or exploring, and end them with unforgettable ocean sunrises and sunsets, surrounded by tranquility and sea breeze. We’re available throughout your stay should you need recommendations or assistance.

This home is intended for family use and is not available for bachelor parties or events.

Se agradece no entrar mojado ni con arena de la playa ni sentarse con ropa humeda en los sillones. No cuesta nada limpiarse previamente al costado.

Al salir/irse de la casa tomar la precaución de que esté todo cerrado y con la alarma conectada.

Al retirarse por última vez, chequear no olvidarse pertenencias y retirar la basura para no generar olor ni atraer hormigas/cucarachas, gracias!

We grew up in Uruguay, a country deeply connected to nature — shaped by agriculture, livestock, open landscapes, and a long Atlantic coastline. Life here moves at a different rhythm, one that values simplicity, time outdoors, and shared moments.

After spending 16 winters in Canada, we realized how special Uruguay truly is. Being away helped us see the beauty of its seasons, its calm, and its culture with fresh eyes. Opening our homes is our way of inviting others to experience that feeling — whether it’s a quiet morning in the countryside, a sunset by the ocean, or time shared with family and friends.

We love hosting because we enjoy creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and feel at home, even if they’re far away from theirs.

Our beach house sits where the ocean sets the pace — open horizons, salty air, and a sense of freedom that comes from being steps away from the sea. It’s a place to wake up with the light, enjoy long beach walks, surf, and watch unforgettable sunrises and sunsets.

Our farmhouse is surrounded by forest and countryside, where silence, birdsong, and open space take over. It’s ideal for outdoor activities, sports, or simply enjoying the calm of rural life. Here, time feels slower and more intentional.

We chose these areas because they offer something rare: space, tranquility, and authenticity, while still being close enough to beaches, towns, and essential services.
