Comfortable "Flunder" Apartment with a Balcony and a View of the Greenery

Welcome to the “Flunder” vacation rental. We’re glad you stopped by. Here you’ll find a bright 2-room apartment right behind the dike at Perlebucht. The apartment is located in the “Holländerei.”<br><br>There is a large southeast-facing balcony overlooking the garden. An open kitchen adjoins the living room, which features a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm—sleeps up to two people). The bedroom has a 180x200 cm double bed—a travel crib and high chair are available free of charge upon request.<br>Blackout curtains and blinds are installed in both the bedroom and the living room/kitchen.<br>To wind down after a sunny day at the beach or to snuggle up on rainy North Sea days, the 39-inch Smart TV with its own Netflix access offers plenty of entertainment.<br><br>Büsum offers everything you could hope for from a North Sea vacation. In addition to the chance to walk through the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Wadden Sea, you can swim in Perlebucht regardless of the tides, try out new sports, or enjoy the pleasant sea air in a beach chair on the beach. A kite-surfing school is just a few minutes away from the accommodation. <br><br>In Büsum, you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants and bars offering culinary diversity. <br>You can also take day trips from Büsum to Heligoland, the beaches of St. Peter-Ordings, or the seal sanctuary in Friedrichskoog.<br>In the apartment, we’ve also listed various tips and tricks to make your stay in Büsum even more enjoyable.<br><br>From the apartment, it’s a 10-minute walk to Perlebucht and about 15–20 minutes to Büsum’s pedestrian zone.<br>A parking spot is available right in front of the house for your car, and you’re welcome to use the lockable bike shed in front of the house. Right next to the house, a mobile bakery is available daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. during the season from March through November, as well as on holidays in December.<br>A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the common area—the fee is 1€ each. The apartment has Wi-Fi.<br><br>Bed linens and towels can be rented for 18€ per person.<br>Check-in is available after 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys are retrieved from a key safe at the property, so check-in is flexible and you can arrive stress-free.<br><br>We look forward to welcoming you to the “Flunder.”<br><br>The visitor’s tax in Büsum is not included in the rental price and must be paid on site.
