Guests will find two comfortable bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a king bed, along with additional sleeping options including a full and two twin beds. The two bathrooms offer refreshing showers and a convenient hair dryer. Climate control keeps the space pleasant year-round, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Great for fitness enthusiasts, being located on the famous river wash walking and bicycle path. The Tucson Racquet Club is located 0.4 miles away. A pool (un-heated) in our gated courtyard area. Whether you’re unwinding in the cozy living area or preparing a meal in the kitchen with new appliances, this marvelous townhome provides a wonderful home away from home. Mountain views from the upstairs bedroom makes waking up a joy. 4 smart TV's throughout, and WIFI. Super convenient area! Very quiet! We appreciate you considering our place in Tucson.

Located in Tucson, we purchased this townhome in our 20's when we moved to Arizona. After having kids, we moved back east to be closer to family. We rented it long-term for many years, but we decided to do short term rentals so we can come visit more. We absolutely LOVE Tucson AZ, looking for wildlife, and enjoying all the beauty it has to offer. We appreciate you renting our place, because this makes it possible for us to come visit throughout the year :)

Super convenient. After taking all state real estate courses (a little much for a 1st time homebuyer) and looking at probably 100 places, we bought this townhome. We actually rented it several years prior to purchasing it, so we knew we loved the area!

We did our absolute best to make it very comfortable, modern, and a place that will make you feel at home. If you're on a business trip and want a quiet place to work, if you're visiting a loved one at the U of A, or taking a family trip - This is for you!
