Guests will find two comfortable bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a king bed, along with additional sleeping options including a full and two twin beds. The two bathrooms offer refreshing showers and a convenient hair dryer. Climate control keeps the space pleasant year-round, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Great for fitness enthusiasts, being located on the famous river wash walking and bicycle path. The Tucson Racquet Club is located 0.4 miles away. A pool (un-heated) in our gated courtyard area. Whether you’re unwinding in the cozy living area or preparing a meal in the kitchen with new appliances, this marvelous townhome provides a wonderful home away from home. Mountain views from the upstairs bedroom makes waking up a joy. 4 smart TV's throughout, and WIFI. Super convenient area! Very quiet! We appreciate you considering our place in Tucson.

The property seemed to be newly renovated, however they didn’t change the light switches. Seems like a small thing, but it would have completed the update. The unit was not clean when we arrived. I cleaned and sanitized the bathrooms on arrival. The floors and kitchen counters had to be cleaned. The owner apologized. I didn’t care for the patio that was totally enclosed with uncomfortable iron chairs. The pool was unheated and unusable. The grassy area in the courtyard was nice, but neighbors said we were not supposed to walk the dogs there. Many residents did walk their pets in the grassy area.

We did apologize and we could have sent another cleaner. Since you failed to tell us about your dogs prior to check in, you were not charged that fee. Upon noticing you did bring 2 dogs, we waived that fee for the place not being cleaned properly. We do have written on our listing that the pool isn’t heated. Dogs are allowed in the courtyard area from 6am-10pm. There are several signs around the property with the rules. We are a struggling family and worked very hard on the place. We did our best to make it very accommodating and have everything one would need for a stay. New TV’s throughout with plenty of apps, new outlets, paint, bathrooms updated, etc. I’m sorry you didn’t like the patio chairs. Was your stay really that bad? 6 out of 10 hurts out feelings. I gave you the benefit of the doubt, even though you didn’t tell us about your dogs prior.

Located in Tucson, we purchased this townhome in our 20's when we moved to Arizona. After having kids, we moved back east to be closer to family. We rented it long-term for many years, but we decided to do short term rentals so we can come visit more. We absolutely LOVE Tucson AZ, looking for wildlife, and enjoying all the beauty it has to offer. We appreciate you renting our place, because this makes it possible for us to come visit throughout the year :)

Super convenient. After taking all state real estate courses (a little much for a 1st time homebuyer) and looking at probably 100 places, we bought this townhome. We actually rented it several years prior to purchasing it, so we knew we loved the area!

We did our absolute best to make it very comfortable, modern, and a place that will make you feel at home. If you're on a business trip and want a quiet place to work, if you're visiting a loved one at the U of A, or taking a family trip - This is for you!
