What I enjoy most (and what guests appreciate) is the perfect balance:

* Nature: The Danube river promenade is just 2 minutes away, ideal for morning walks or evening relaxation by the water.
* Accessibility: The historic Old Town is within a 10-minute walk, and the main bus station (Nivy) is just around the corner.

It is a neighborhood where you have everything you need within walking distance, so you don't really need a car to enjoy the city.
