Outdoor Features
- Hillside Haven is located at 9,200 ft on the heavily forested western slope of Pike’s Peak and offers a wonderfully woodsy and secluded setting.
- The property backs up to National Forest, making it a hotspot for wildlife activity. You’ll likely to see deer. You may see fox. And if you’re lucky, you’ll see black bear and moose. Please respect the wildlife by keeping your distance and never feeding it.
- Admire and forested views and Rocky Mountain sunsets from the second-floor deck. The deck has comfortable patio seating for three. Utilize the umbrella to block the powerful Colorado sun and the electric heater to extend your outdoor time into the chilly evenings.
- Gather on the beautiful flagstone patio with seating for 8. Professionally designed and built, it conforms seamlessly to the natural landscape. The surrounding pines trees lend it a very private, secluded setting. Pathway lighting and string lighting add to the ambiance after sunset.
- Melt away stress with a soak in the brand-new 6-person Master Spas hot tub with 42 hydrotherapy jets and mood lighting.
- Ward off an evening’s chill with the Ninja-brand propane fire pit with separate controls for heat and flame height.

Know Before You Go
- No Cell Service. There is no cell service at the property. There is Starlink Wifi and you can make calls and send texts over Wifi.
- Winter Trips. A vehicle with AWD, 4WD, or snow tires is required for trips November through April. My property gets a considerable amount of snow and ice in the winter. You will need AWD, 4WD, or snow tires to safely and reliably get up and down my steep driveway in the winter.
