The bright ground-floor apartment in this two-family home features beautiful, warm hardwood floors in every room. It features a spacious living room, bedroom, kitchen, and a bathroom with natural light and a tub.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m. The living room has a sofa bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m, where a third person (or possibly a fourth person upon request) can get a good night’s sleep.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, large refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and all the items needed for daily use.
The bathroom, which is flooded with natural light, features a bathtub and also has a washing machine available if needed.
The cozy garden, accessible via the courtyard, is fully fenced and guests are welcome to use it.
There are plenty of towels and dish towels available.
