On the first floor are the fully equipped kitchen with access to the quiet terrace, a dining room with a large corner bench, a guest restroom, a coat closet, and a washing machine. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub (accessible from the bedroom!), and a large living room/bedroom. The living-bedroom is equipped with a sofa set, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, Wi-Fi, a dining table, and a separate sofa bed (2 m x 1.4 m when unfolded). The vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed. Minimum stay: 3 nights; minimum occupancy: 1–2 people; maximum occupancy: 4 people. Bedding, towels, and Wi-Fi are included in the price. 8 km from the center of Regensburg (excellent bus connections). The 3-room apartment, measuring over 100 m² with a separate entrance, accommodates two to four people across two levels. Newly renovated in 2020 and furnished to a high standard, this vacation rental is located in a historic, 18th-century building in the center of Donaustauf, idyllically situated along the footpath to the castle ruins and near the Walhalla, with many recreational opportunities such as biking, hiking, or swimming. The vacation rental is ideally located: centrally in the historic heart of the town, yet quiet. It’s a great starting point for your vacation—the Danube with its bike path and swimming spots, a park with a playground, a swimming pond, and magnificent hiking trails along the Burgensteig in the Bavarian Forest are right on your doorstep. By bus, you can reach the heart of Regensburg’s Old Town in 20 minutes—completely stress-free, with no need to search for parking. You can take a 15-minute stroll along an idyllic footpath to the Walhalla. Keys will be handed over in person on site. The rental fee plus a 200 EUR security deposit must be transferred to the landlord 14 days before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within two weeks after departure. Pets are not allowed.
