I would like to complain about the cleanness of the apartment, the customer service and health and safety in the apartment.
We booked the apartment via Expedia website for the period 27-30th of May.
We arrived at the apartment at around 8 pm on the 27th of May.
As soon as we opened the door we felt a horrible sewage smell coming from the apartment. It was so strong that I felt sick.
We opened the windows, but it would not come out straight away.
We discovered that there was no bed linen in the master bed and there was very dirty dry clothes thrown at the bed.
The children's bedroom was without a window which is clearly against health and safety European regulations and there is no ventilation or natural light in the children’s bedroom. I am attaching the images of the bedroom together with the quotes from the law in regards to the rooms without windows.
