Parking Info:
Parking is available at the hotel for an additional $40 per day (rate may vary), subject to availability. Payment is made directly to the hotel, and parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis—reservations are not possible. If you're interested, please check with the front desk after 4 PM for availability. Prices subject to change, kindly check office/FD for updated rates and terms.

Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows and blanket are in the closet.

Our guests have exclusive and full access to the studio during the time of the reservation. Our guests have access to all the hotel amenities like pool, lobby, BBQ area.

*Please kindly refrain from smoking inside the property or in areas not designated for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the property. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a fine of $500. Should the building management issue a citation to us as owners and hosts, we will escalate the matter for further action. All reservations are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment in the event of unexpected changes or emergencies.

Guests are responsible for any shipping or transportation costs associated with the return of lost items. Items left unclaimed for a period of 30 days will be subject to disposal or donation, and we will not be held responsible for such actions.
