Grocery stores are conveniently located within minutes.

This air-conditioned unit features an open floor plan with a queen-size bed, a queen-size sofa pullout bed, a 43` TV, and a dining table. The lanai includes a table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying the Hawaiian breeze. The kitchenette is equipped with a heating coil cooker, microwave, mini refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, and cookware to meet your needs.

For your convenience, beach essentials like an umbrella and chairs are provided, along with free wireless Internet.

Parking Information:
Parking is available at the hotel for an additional $40 per day (rate may vary), subject to availability. Payment is made directly to the hotel, and parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis—reservations are not possible. Cleaning Service:
The cleaning fee covers professional sanitization, laundry of linens and towels, and restocking of amenities after each stay. Excessive cleaning may incur an additional charge.

Linens and Towels:
Each guest is provided with one set of towels (bath, hand, and beach towel). Bedding includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and quilt.

Waikiki is a vibrant and lively city, offering an exciting atmosphere just steps from world-class beaches, shopping, and dining. As with any bustling destination, you may occasionally hear the sounds of busy streets and city life.

For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay. If you have online meetings or need a quieter environment, noise-canceling headphones can also be useful.

Kindly note: In accordance with Hawaii state law, the Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) rate will increase from 10.25% to 11% starting January 1, 2026. AS Elevator Upgrade Notice:

AOAO Aloha Surf will be replacing both elevators with new Mitsubishi models starting October 6, 2025, for approximately 6 months. One elevator will be upgraded at a time, with the other remaining in service for guest use. This is a building-initiated project, and we appreciate your understanding as management works to minimize any inconvenience.

Since our units are privately managed, the front desk does not officially accommodate parcel deliveries on our behalf. However, you may still check with them to see if they have accepted your package as a courtesy. If not, your package may be left at the front door of the unit. To ensure a secure delivery, we highly recommend shipping to the nearest parcel station provided by your chosen carrier and arranging for pickup directly from them. Please note that we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
