Exceptional location near the convention center, our property offers easy access to dining, swimming, surfing, and shopping. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and the famous Ala Moana mall is a short 15-minute stroll. Enjoy a convenient and exciting stay with everything within walking distance.
Fully renovated in Sept 2023. Professionally cleaned after each guest. Security in lobby.
Bedroom B offers:
-Free wifi
-Queen sized bed
-Large sliding window with tropical breezes and views of Ocean
-Kitchenette with heating cooktop, microwave, and kitchenware
-Air conditioning included in unit
-Dining table and chairs

-This unit is a 100% legal VRBO rental

Check in: after 4:00 PM (Front desk)
An earlier check-in can possibly be arranged. No guaranteed and early requested needed. Please contact us at around 1pm on the same date to check the status. Luggage drop-off service is available at Security for $5 per piece (rate is subject to change and please confirm with security)
Check out: before 11:00 AM (Please leave both keys in the unit on the table)
Parking:
There is a gated parking garage at a daily rate of $50 (Cash Only). Prices subject to change, kindly check office/FD for updated rates and terms.
Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, beach towel, wash towel, and hand towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet and a quilt.

-Rooftop pool, sun deck, and BBQ area
-Guest paid parking available on site for a fee
-Hotel fitness facility access for a one-time fee of $5 per stay
-Rental car company (808 Smart Car Rental) available next to lobby

-Restaurants and cafes located on premises
-Guests have access to the entire condo and all the building amenities. Please note that a lost room key will incur a $40 charge.

For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay. If you have online meetings or need a quieter environment, noise-canceling headphones can also be useful.

**The building follows a regular schedule of water shutdown every 2nd Tuesday of the month to give way for some minor repair and maintenance of the entire building`s water system. The said activity happens between 11am-3pm.
**We would like to kindly inform you that this building conducts routine pest control services every 2nd Tuesday of the month to uphold their commitment to a pest-free environment. During these visits, a uniformed pest control technician, accompanied by one of the housekeeping employees, will visit each unit. Your cooperation and awareness of this scheduled pest control visit are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a comfortable living environment for everyone.
****Cancellation Policy:
All reservations are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment in the event of unexpected changes or emergencies.
