In La Guancha, the cosy studio apartment Casa Carmelita is close to the northern coast of Tenerife and impresses guests with spectacular ocean views from its terrace. Built with wooden roof beams and exposed stone, the rustic studio apartment consists of a central living space with one double bed, a functionally-equipped kitchen as well as one bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. The apartment can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a portable heater and cable television. Your beautiful, private terrace invites you to enjoy a glass of wine in the lounge area and admire the spectacular views of the mountains and the deep blue ocean.
A selection of restaurants and cafes as well as a supermarket are located within a 10-minute walk or 750 m of the property. The beach and popular surf spot Playa El Socorro is 8 km or a 10-minute drive away while the beautiful dark sand of the beach Playa Jardin awaits you 14 km or an 18-minute drive from the property.
Please note that to enter the apartment, you must use stairs.
The door to access the property is shared with another property.
