This modern and bright apartment is located in the heart of Mexico City’s Downtown. It features a very comfortable queen-size bed and two sofa beds, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups. The bedroom offers a warm, minimalist design, a spacious closet, and excellent natural light. A space designed for comfort and functionality, with an unbeatable location close to major tourist attractions, restaurants, and public transportation.



The Space:

The apartment is for exclusive use of guests. You will have access to: a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 1 bedroom, 2 sofa beds (please let us know in advance if you will need them set up), 1 full bathroom, dining area, and a cozy living room.



If you need a travel crib for a baby or a high chair, please let us know one week before your arrival so we can provide it. If you have any additional requests, feel free to inform us and we will do our best to accommodate you and your companions.



P.S. Before confirming your reservation, please:



1. Select the correct number of guests, as the price varies.

2. Send IDs for all guests, including minors and the person who made the reservation.

3. When booking, confirm that you have read and accepted our house rules and cancellation policy.



For security reasons, some reservations may be accepted in person, as we need to ensure that the person making the reservation will be the one staying at the property.

Other Things to Note:

Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
