Nearby attractions: Canet Plage 8 km, Perpignan 15 km, Collioure 30 km, Espagne 35 km, Barcelone 200 km, Andorre 180 km. Very simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen), radio and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (3 hot plates, mini-oven, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Large terrace 68 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 24. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.
