The Cube-House is the world’s first home built on a modular system made of high-tech carbon concrete, complemented by innovative and eco-friendly insulation elements. Environmentally conscious—high-quality—versatile—lightweight and sturdy. The Cube-House, with just under 40 square meters of living space, features a living room with air conditioning, a sofa bed, and a kitchenette; a bedroom with a French double bed (200x160); and a bathroom with a shower. In addition to the air conditioning in the living room, each room has independently controlled underfloor heating. The kitchenette is equipped with high-quality appliances (dishwasher with a few tabs, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer), coffee makers (a De’Longhi Nespresso with a few pods for your first cup of coffee, or filters for brewing your own coffee using a French press), and plenty of accessories. Satellite TV is available in both the living room and the bedroom. The TV in the living room is also connected to the internet (with access to international TV and radio stations). Hypoallergenic bedding, towels, kitchen towels, shampoo, and soap are provided, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge both indoors and outdoors. Electric cars can be charged at the property’s own 11 kW wall box. Please let us know if you plan to use it before your arrival, if possible, so we can explain how to use it via an app in advance. Outside, two terraces and a large lawn with a table, chairs, lounge furniture, recliners, and a hammock invite you to linger. For cozy evenings, a fire pit is available to guests—there’s plenty of wood. A charcoal grill is also provided. However, during periods of severe drought, open fires are generally prohibited due to the risk of wildfires. Thanks to the Cube-House’s orientation, the terraces and garden can be enjoyed from the first to the last rays of sunshine. And the covered terrace allows the living space to be expanded year-round, even when the weather isn’t ideal.
