The Space:

Welcome to Atlantis Found, a luxurious condo designed with comfort and convenience in mind. All 5 bedrooms have a private ensuite full bathroom, most with double vanities, promising space for everyone. On the top level, you are greeted by an open-concept living area with stunning ocean views. Two large dining tables ensure everyone can eat together, while the chef of your group keeps everyone well fed with meals whipped up in the sparkling kitchen. It's fully stocked with everything a cook needs! A bar area rounds out this beautiful living space.



Downstairs, the game room provides hours of entertainment, with a kitchenette for quick snacks and drinks during a pool tournament. A dedicated movie room offers a plush couch to cozy up in for movies without being disturbed by games or talking. For ultimate relaxation, soak in the hot tub or sauna, a perfect way to round out a beach day!



The condo features five well-appointed bedrooms, each with private full ensuite baths. There are 2 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, and 1 room with 2 queen beds in it (sleeps 4). There are 2 half baths and a laundry area as well.



Outside, there's multiple levels of decks where you can enjoy the views of the ocean. Bring a snack to the outdoor dining table, suntan on the rooftop, or just enjoy the salt air with a drink in hand.



The home is close to great local shops and restaurants to complete your ideal KDH getaway. With the ocean in sight and beach access only steps away, there's not much more this condo can offer! An outdoor shower is available to help keep the home comfortably sand free during your stay.

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**The community pool will be open mid-May to mid-October. Exact dates are weather dependent and subject to change**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Home to the famous first flight by Wilbur and Orville Wright, Kill Devil Hills is a beautiful and family-friendly town in the Outer Banks. You can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and see the hill where the flight occurred, shop local business, or spend the day on the beautiful OBX beaches!

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
