Rising Tides is a stunning backdrop for weddings, milestone birthdays, retreats, and celebrations. Events are welcome with prior approval and typically require an event fee and separate event terms (details provided upon inquiry). No unapproved events.

Our concierge team will meet you at the airport and help acquaint you with the island, the villa and any services you may need! We are here to help elevate your stay in any way possible.

We are located directly on the white sand beach of Tar Bay. 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to Georgetown! Rising Tides offers privacy and convenience ensuring youre close enough to stores and restaurants, but can still enjoy peace and privacy here at the villa.

We highly recommend renting a car (we can assist!) to explore all of Great Exuma's hidden beaches and restaurants. We can also suggest a local taxi and driver should you need it. Please inquire, we are here to help!
