This 1-bedroom residence on the 35th floor is fully furnished, professionally designed, and completely move-in ready, with city views framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and abundant natural light throughout the day.

Parking

Complimentary off-site parking is available for our guests, subject to building availability. Please note that this is a building-managed service, and its use is governed by their specific safety and administrative rules.



Important 24-Hour Rule:

To ensure fair use, vehicles cannot remain parked for more than 24 consecutive hours. To stay compliant, you simply need to exit and re-enter the garage before the 24-hour mark to reset the timer.



Note: Failure to follow this rule may result in fines or towing by the building administration at the guest's expense. The host is not responsible for building enforcement actions.
