A region of fine red and white wines, far from the tourist crowds and industry—an oasis of ancient wine culture and gourmet tradition—nestled in the lovely, sweeping wine-growing hills of Alto Monferrato, south of Asti and Alba, between Milan, Turin, and Genoa, close to therapeutic hot springs and not far from the Riviera—lies this carefully restored 18th-century winery estate with its spacious 11x5m, private swimming pool, surrounded by vineyards on a hill with a beautiful view—for people seeking peace, relaxation, freedom, and individuality in a cozy atmosphere during their vacation.
We give your needs the space they deserve. Whether it’s fine porcelain in the kitchens, exquisite materials in the living areas, or antique furniture in the bedrooms: we offer that special touch for the discerning eye. We have carefully incorporated the charm and character of this ancient wine region into the renovation of the 18th-century winery, preserving the soul of southern Piedmont.
The house is rented out to only one group of guests at a time. Six self-contained apartments, each with its own bathroom, small kitchen, and living area, guarantee privacy even among the guests themselves.
In addition, a well-equipped communal kitchen is available on the first floor.
Depending on the season, guests can pick figs, apricots, peaches, apples, cherries, and other fruits and berries from the organic orchard.
Please note: we rent to only ONE group of guests of up to 14 people, with a maximum of 12 adults.
