On this private property—spanning over 2,000 square meters with a view of the water and direct access to the Hütten Canal—you’ll have the place all to yourself. Enjoy a peaceful vacation beneath the green foliage of the centuries-old oak tree and watch the comings and goings of kayakers and pleasure boats from your breakfast table.
The bungalow has two bedrooms. One is furnished with a 140x200 bed, the other with a single loft bed and a double sofa bed. The light-filled living room features a kitchenette, dining area, sofa, and armchairs, and its direct access to the garden invites you out onto the patio. In the summer, the large French doors let in fresh air; during the colder months, the wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth. The compact shower room features marble flooring and has a window overlooking the garden.
The health resort of Kleinzerlang is a district of Rheinsberg and is located in northern Brandenburg on the border with Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Situated directly on the Mecklenburg Lake District, Kleinzerlang is surrounded by lakes, forests, and meadows. Its natural beauty and seclusion have been appreciated for centuries by vacationers from Berlin and other major cities, and it can be reached in less than two hours from Berlin. Traveling by public transportation is also easy. You can take the train directly to Rheinsberg and then continue by bus to Kleinzerlang. The bus has recently started offering bicycle transport. The expansive forest landscape invites you to take long hikes in the footsteps of Theodor Fontane. In nearby Rheinsberg, you can visit Rheinsberg Castle, home to a music academy of international renown that hosts an annual music festival featuring famous opera performances. At the boat launch in town, you can launch your boat, and if you don’t have your own, you can rent a boat, kayak, or canoe from Boot & Mehr or at Marina Wolfsbruch to explore the small and large Pälitzsees, Lake Canower, or the entire lake district. You can also rent a boat slip at the marina or at Boot & Mehr. If you’d rather explore the beautiful countryside on two wheels, you can take advantage of the extensive network of bike paths. If you’re more interested in running, the Stechlin Running Park is just a short distance from the house. This vast and interconnected network of running trails features 16 sections that allow you to combine and explore a wide variety of routes to suit your needs.
