Once you booked, you agree to report any issues within 24 hours of arrival so that it can be addressed and fix right away. Issues that are reported after 24 hours will not be subjected for a refund or any form of compensation.
Guest understands that the host is not responsible for anything that occurs outside the apartment, including but not limited to weather conditions, outdoor sounds, and travel delays.
