We were very happy with our Austin Vrbo. Check in was very smooth. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The design and layout of the house was perfect. We appreciated the modern facilities in all areas, including kitchen and bathroom. The home décor and furnishings made us feel at home. Private parking was a plus.Sonya was always available for any questions that we had. We thank her for being very accommodating.

Our host was extremely welcoming and very responsive. The house was well maintained and newly renovated. We particularly enjoyed having access to the alley for loading, unloading, and parking.

Very nice inside and great location.Very cozy, definitely a place for short or long stay.The host was very helpful and patient with us.Single bed was very cozy, bunk bed definitely not for adults though I would recommend this place to everyone.We only had one issue, the night before we left, the people who came to be upstairs, were very loud. But did not ruin our stay by any means.

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was very clean and easy to navigate--would highly recommend. It felt like a little retreat! I loved that it was just a short walk from a beautiful park. The host was super communicative and close out was extremely simple. My only note for folks booking in the future is about the beds, if you struggle with sleep: the main bedroom has a mattress that is VERY soft that you sink into, and as someone with back pain it was difficult for me to sleep. I tried laying on top of the full bed in the bunk room, which felt like a much better firmness for my body, though the way the bed is constructed with the height of the mattresses the top bunk (a twin) was less than a foot from my face, which meant I had to kind of army roll in and out and I was worried I'd hit my head if I had to get up in the middle of the night. The twin would have probably been my best bet, but sharing this for folks who need a larger bed.
