"Platanes A1", 4-room apartment 75 m2 on 1st floor. Partly renovated in 2019, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV. Exit to the balcony, south facing position and west facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, north facing position. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit north facing position. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC, bath/shower/WC. Balcony, south facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. View of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only, no parking. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Zweckmäßig

Gute, zweckmäßige Wohnung; zentral gelegen, dadurch nachts aber eher lärmig, da neue Bar unterhalb der Wohnung; Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr praktisch; Kühlschrank in die Jahre gekommen; während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde 1 Wohnung auf der gleichen Etage renoviert: Baulärm ab 8h Ansonsten gut!
