Hello and welcome! My husband (Dan) and I (Connie) are local to the region and personally use this home when it’s not occupied by guests. When the property is rented, we stay with family in the Tri‑Cities. Starting in 2027, we’ll be spending our winters in Florida from January through April and would love to host longer‑term renters during those months.

It’s just minutes from downtown and surrounded by local coffee shops, walkable tree‑lined streets, and nearby parks in every direction. Guests love the easy access to the riverfront—Columbia River and Riverfront Park are just a 10‑minute walk (or a quick 2‑minute drive)—as well as the scenic Riverwalk and Loop‑to‑Loop Trail, perfect for biking and leisurely strolls.
Everyday conveniences are close at hand, with local grocery stores nearby and a shopping mall just a 5‑minute drive away, featuring stores such as JCPenney, Target, Burlington, Buckle, Ulta, Famous Footwear, and more. Hospitals and medical services are also close by (5‑minute drive or 20‑minute walk), making the area very practical for short or extended stays.
