The Space:

Welcome to your private Encino Hills retreat. This stunning two-story luxury home offers 4,858 square feet of beautifully designed living space with breathtaking lake views, elegant finishes, and exceptional indoor-outdoor living.

Perfect for entertaining or unwinding, the home features two spacious living areas. One is designed for fun with a pool table and bar area, while the second offers a warm, cozy atmosphere with a fireplace and TV. The oversized formal dining room is ideal for memorable group dinners, and the fully stocked kitchen includes a breakfast area for more casual meals.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out for both comfort and privacy. Downstairs, there is one guest bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, including an extraordinary primary suite with an Alaskan king bed, fireplace, two ensuite bathrooms, a massage table, large walk-in closets, and a private balcony with patio seating and beautiful lake views. The second upstairs bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The third upstairs room is set up as a home office and includes a queen sofa bed.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard areas, including the pool, spa, patio seating, BBQ area, dining spaces, and all interior living areas, except for any locked owner or supply closets.

Located in the prestigious Encino Hills, this home sits in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood known for its privacy, scenic surroundings, and beautiful canyon and lake views. Guests can enjoy nearby hiking trails, peaceful drives through the hills, and convenient access to Ventura Boulevard’s restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and shopping. Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Malibu, Universal Studios, and other top Los Angeles destinations are all within easy driving distance.

Getting Around:
A car is highly recommended for getting around Los Angeles and making the most of the area. The property offers convenient access to major freeways and main routes, making it easy to reach Ventura Boulevard, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Malibu, and other popular destinations.

Other Things to Note:

BBQ:
Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it's $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Utilities:
For reservations of 28 nights or longer, a non-refundable utilities fee is required and is due prior to check-in. This fee helps cover electricity, natural gas, water, sewer, trash, internet, routine pool service, landscaping, and other utility-related operating costs. It is based on seasonal utility usage and the size of the property.

Seasonal Utilities Fee (excluding pool and spa heating):

Summer Season (June 1 – September 30): $89 per day
Standard Season (October 1 – May 31): $69 per day
Pool & Spa Heating Options
Unlimited Heating (Recommended for Monthly Stays)

Guests who choose the unlimited heating option will receive full control of the pool and/or spa heating system for the duration of their stay. Where available, access is provided through the property's pool automation app, allowing guests to turn the heating on or off at their convenience.

Pool Heating: $59 per day
Spa Heating: $39 per day
On-Demand Heating

For guests who only plan to heat the pool or spa occasionally, heating may be requested as needed. Because these requests require staff scheduling and manual operation of the system, on-demand heating is priced separately.

Pool & Spa Heating: $199 per day (3-day minimum)
Spa Heating Only: $89 per day

On-demand heating must be requested in advance and is subject to scheduling and availability. Our team will activate and deactivate the system for each requested heating period.

All heating fees must be arranged and paid prior to use.

This home is pet friendly and there is a $350 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.

Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation.
If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to message us — we’re happy to send someone out the next day to take care of it. Your comfort is our priority, and we’ll do our best to ensure you have a great stay.
