This family-friendly neighborhood makes traveling with kids easy and fun with restaurants, a pool, walking trails, parks and dog parks, and playgrounds. Whether you’re visiting for beaches, history, food, or festivals, this home makes a comfortable and convenient home base.

Guests may access the full property inside and outside, apart from a small owner`s closet in a bedroom, kept locked.

In your booking confirmation message we will send you a link to your guest portal and to the owners’ guest agreement, which is to be signed in order to receive the access details for the property. It is important that you carefully read and understand these terms before signing the agreement.

By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined therein. These terms and conditions are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. They cover important aspects such as check-in and check-out procedures, house rules, usage of amenities, liability, and other essential guidelines.

We live and work in Charleston--- we will not be at the premises during guest stays, but we can be reached easily and can come to the home when needed.

If an undisclosed pet is found on the property, a $200.00 fine per night will be charged to the card on file. For homes listed as pet-friendly, up to 2 dogs are allowed per reservation, subject to approval by the host. Restricted breeds are not permitted. For approved pets, a pet fee of $220 per pet, per reservation will apply.
For stays longer than 14 nights, please inquire before booking, as the pet fee and guidelines may differ for extended stays.

We want every guest to have a relaxing, worry-free stay, so we don’t have strict rules about departure cleanup—just a kind request to keep things reasonably tidy. Dishes can be left running in the dishwasher. Used linens can be left as they are in the bedrooms or bathrooms, and our cleaning team will take care of them after your stay.

If you’re interested in hosting an event during your stay, please reach out prior to your reservation date for approval. Events that exceed the home’s listed capacity of guests are subject to additional conditions and guidelines.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If evidence of smoking is found, a minimum deep cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to the reservation. This home is pet-friendly with an additional fee per pet; however, bringing an undisclosed pet will result in a $200 per day charge.
