Holiday house PAVOVCI with heated pool

Beautiful rustic holiday house with heated pool for a maximum of 8 persons. It is located in a small and quiet place near shops and restaurants. The house has three air-conditioned bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, garage, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. It offers everything you may need for a carefree stay. Fully equipped, air conditioned, it is an ideal holiday home choice for family or group of friends.

Milohnici
Milohnici is a place situated in the western part of the island which was built in the 15th century when this part of the island was settled by the residents from the nearby Velebit.

Today there live 86 inhabitants who are mostly engaged in agriculture, fishing, and more recently tourism.

Tourism in Milohnici
Although a small place, it has everything you need to meet the demands of tourists. The sea is only 2 km away and the nearest beaches are mostly pebble and rocky surrounded by greenery.

There are two restaurants that offer excellent local food. Although there is no built hotel accommodation, friendly hosts have private accommodation, apartments and rooms on disposal.

Near Milohnici is Glavotok, where tourists can visit Franciscan monastery and the protected forest reserve but also church of St. Krsevan near Milohnici.
In August, in Milohnici is held folk festival that attracts many visitors from all over the island.

The ferry port Valbiska, which connects the island of Krk with islands of Cres and Rab is 5 km away from Milohnici so, for those who spend vacation here, day trips to neighboring islands are unavoidable.

Milohnici is the ideal place for vacation in a quiet environment.

Beaches

Bujina

The wild bay near Milohnići is called Bujina and can be reached by a gravel path from Milohnić. On the way to the beach you have to walk a few hundred meters through the forest. It's a quiet beach in a sheltered bay with rocks and rough gravel. Because of the distance, in the high season you can still find a nice, shady spot. There are other beautiful beaches and coves within walking distance of this bay. Near the parking lot there is a 12th century church of St. Krševan, which you can visit along the way.

Major-league holiday!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und wohnlich. Man hat sich sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Auch unsere Kleinkinder waren sichtlich zufrieden. Der Pool ist wunderbar, sauber und beheizt, sodass man auch Abends noch hinein konnte. Die Ausstattung ist super, es ist alles da was man braucht und noch mehr. Wir wurden sogar gefragt, ob wir nach einer Woche neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher benötigen. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und für uns da. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Super mooi huis wat zich pas laat beoordelen bij binnenkomst. Zeer centraal gelegen en erg ruim met 3 grote slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Direct bij prima restaurant gelegen en op korte afstand van Krk en Malinska (beide zeker de moeite waard). De woning was erg schoon en is zeer smaakvol gerenoveerd met behoud van veel stijlkenmerken. Het zwembad is niet groot maar prima en de tuin ligt vrij en heeft een fijne BBQ/overdekt terras. Supermarkt op loopafstand en verder alles (met auto) dichtbij. Zeker een aanrader!

Very nice appartement

Thamks a lot, very nice hosts and appartement, we loved it. Especially because we havent had good luck with the weather - the house was very spacefull, clean, nice pool - all we neaded was there! We hope to come back!

Major-league holiday!

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Wir haben unseren Urlaub auf Krk sehr genossen. Unser Haus mit Pool und Grill war perfekt. Man ist zwar nicht direkt am Strand aber trotzdem nahe an vielen Buchten, zu denen man dann nur ca 20 Minuten mit dem Auto fährt. Das Restaurant neben unserer Unterkunft können auch sehr empfehlenswert :) Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert und wir bekamen immer schnell eine Antwort. Das gesamte Haus war super in der Ausstattung und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir können es sehr empfehlen!

Great stay!

Wir hatten uns kurzfristig für das Reiseziel Kroatien entschieden und sind dadurch auf die Unterkunft aufmerksam geworden. Die Fotos sind eins zu eins zu dem, was man vorfindet. Es war alles sehr sauber, in einem sehr guten Zustand. So stellt man sich eine Top Unterkunft vor. Der Kontakt lief völlig problemlos und Check In & Out ebenfalls. Der kleine Laden gegenüber hat vormittags geöffnet und die 2 Restaurants im Ort sind auch sehr zu empfehlen. Die Wege zu größeren Supermärkten belaufen sich auf ca.15 Minuten Fahrzeit. Die größeren Städte auf der Insel sind auch ganz schön, auch wenn dort der typische Tourismus mehr zu spüren ist. Das Meer ist wunderschön und lädt auch nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.

Beautiful well equipped house

Excellent location next to a supermarket and a restaurant in a little village. The house seems recent and beautifully restored, is well equipped and the garden with pool and outside kitchen is the place to be.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Katja and Damjan are 2 friendly and great hosts. House was great - clean, handy and middle of the village but quiet. Only minus is that Milhonice is quite far from the mainland if you want to visit things there.
