Clean, safe, great location downtown with included valet parking and concierge. Great gym, pool, hot tub, rooftop bar/restaurant and bonus soaking tub in this apartment.

Great location in the heart of the city. We went for a baseball game, and it was a very short walk to the game. Views from the upstairs common area were gorgeous. It was lovely having our own space with a real refrigerator and freezer.

I absolutely love this place! This beautifully renovated Art Deco building is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown Cincinnati — the location is simply unbeatable. Whether I’m walking to a Reds game at Great American Ball Park or heading to a Bengals game, everything is just steps away. No car needed for the best entertainment the city has to offer!The building amenities are next-level. There’s a stunning top-floor view deck with incredible skyline views, an indoor pool, a relaxing hot tub, and even a convenience store right downstairs that makes the best smoothies. Plus, I have my own dedicated parking spot, which is a huge bonus downtown.But the unit itself is what really makes it feel like home. The rainfall showerhead delivers instant hot water with fantastic pressure — it’s pure luxury. The comfortable Murphy bed is surprisingly cozy, paired with a ceiling fan and custom AC that keeps the temperature perfect. Full kitchen, a large movable flat-screen TV on a stand that you can position anywhere, a massive walk-in closet, and a stackable washer/dryer for total convenience.This place checks every box — style, comfort, location, and amazing amenities. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for downtown living at its finest!
