The Collective: Four side-by-side townhomes in Treasure Island offered together for group travel. Each home sleeps up to 6 guests, for a combined capacity of up to 24 when booking all four units. Designed for groups who want to stay close with privacy, each townhome is a separate dwelling with its own entrance, full kitchen, and living space - just a short walk from the beach.

Pet Policy: One dog is permitted per townhome.

Parking: Parking is assigned per unit and must be followed at all times. Each townhome includes one garage space and one additional parking space directly outside the garage.

Good Neighbor Policy: This is a quiet residential area. No parties or events are permitted, and a good neighbor policy is strictly enforced.

Booking Flexibility: Traveling with a smaller group? Each home is also available to book individually under Island Vibes 1–4, depending on availability.
